Job summary

Red Bull Technology is seeking a Building Services Project Manager to deliver mechanical, electrical and building services projects across the campus, guiding design, integration, commissioning and handover. You will provide technical leadership, manage budgets and programmes, review consultant and contractor designs, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with building services projects and M&E coordination across design, installation, commissioning and handover.
• Ability to review, challenge and coordinate consultant and contractor designs.
• Strong project management skills for budgets, programmes and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Building Services packages as lead PM or in support of other PMs.
• Manage delivery of building, infrastructure and refurbishment projects from feasibility through handover.
• Provide technical leadership on HVAC, electrical and BMS systems and ensure design conformance.
