Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe is seeking an M&E Asset Management Consultant to survey and assess mechanical and electrical building services across a diverse portfolio of client sites. You will capture asset data, evaluate condition and compliance, and develop clear, evidence-based recommendations for maintenance strategies and lifecycle planning.

You will work with engineering, facilities management and client teams, using digital survey tools and data analytics to improve asset information and support

Qualifications

• Knowledge of M&E building services and compliance requirements.
• Experience with asset data collection, surveys and reporting is advantageous.
• Analytical, self-directed and client-focused with driving mindset.
