Job summary

Tetra Tech’s Asset Management team in the UK is recruiting an M&E Asset Management Consultant to survey and assess building services across client sites, translating findings into maintenance and investment recommendations. You’ll use digital tools to improve asset information and support project delivery.

You’ll travel regularly to client locations including London and Leeds, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute to safer, more efficient, and sustainable built environments

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years’ experience in asset management or building services.
• Knowledge of M&E building services and compliance requirements.
• Analytical, self-directed, client-focused with IT proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and survey HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing and lift systems.
• Apply standards to identify risks and produce clear survey reports.
