3D Cad Engineer - Building Services

Join a fast-paced, exciting design and build contractor with a strong emphasis on sustainable design solutions. We are one of the largest and most successful building services companies in the North West.

Our client employs over 60 engineers in their design department, including more than 15 chartered design engineers, and offers a training programme to develop engineers and technicians to their full potential.

The company specializes in detailed mechanical and electrical design solutions for technically challenging projects, often directly for end users such as universities or hospitals. They are trusted with state-of-the-art design of energy centres, plant rooms, and associated building services.

Projects are typically large and complex, involving wide-ranging mechanical and electrical services, BMS control systems, and HV systems.

The role involves producing 3D CAD drawings of mechanical and electrical services. Site (hands-on) experience is beneficial but not essential.

Ideally, candidates should have experience or knowledge in:

• Building services
• HVAC systems
• Building regulations
• Document control systems
• CHP / Generators
