Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

• Produce technical drawings and specifications for planning, tender, and construction stages
• Prepare and submit building regulations applications
• Work alongside structural engineers, M&E consultants, and other specialists
• Maintain high drawing standards and technical workflows
• Undertake site visits and client meetings

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Relevant degree within Architecture
• Good post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
• Experience managing projects within the residential sector
• Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple projects
• CIAT registration or working towards it would be desirable
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Nantwich area
