Job summary

Pro-Tax is seeking a Manager for International Tax - M&A in London. The role sits within a fast-growing Corporate M&A Tax team and offers exposure to cross-border deals, structuring, due diligence, SPA reviews and refinancing across the full deal cycle.

You will lead complex transaction tax projects, support BD initiatives, and mentor junior staff, while contributing to team strategy and development in a technically rich Big 4 environment.

Qualifications

• Strong UK/international tax knowledge.
• Client-focused, commercially minded advisors.
• Skilled communicators with the ability to manage relationships.
• Experience in M&A tax is beneficial.
• ACA or CTA qualified.
