M&A Tax Director

£100,000 - £130,000 DOE

We are currently working with a leading M&A tax Practice in Manchester who are looking to bring in a strong Tax Director as part of their succession planning.

The team provides M&A Tax solutions to a range of different clients including large listed, US & international businesses, Private Equity funds, and local growing businesses across the North to name a few.

This is a unique opportunity to join the leadership of the UK’s & Manchester's leading M&A Tax teams.

Your new role:

1. Helping lead a fast-paced commercial M&A team in Manchester working closely with two experienced partners.
2. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships acting as a trusted adviser to your client base & colleagues.
3. Helping to guide the overall strategy and leadership of the deals tax team both across the North and nationally.
4. Lead on M&A transactions including due diligence, structuring, and tax modelling.

What you need to be successful:

1. Extensive experience leading teams on M&A transactions in the UK market.
2. Experience with the full life cycle of an M&A Tax Transaction.
3. Business development & client management experience.
4. Confident leading on client engagements.
