Job summary

Lanpro Group is seeking a PMO Integration Manager to lead the programme management discipline for mergers, acquisitions and post-deal integration. The role delivers structured governance, a master integration plan, and clear ownership across functions to realise deal value and maintain business continuity.

You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams with People, Finance, IT, legal and operations, driving Day 1 through Day 100 planning and ongoing integration activities.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in programme management, PMO leadership, transformation or complex change delivery.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, post-merger integration or major organisational change.
  • Strong governance, dependency management, risk and issue management, benefits tracking and executive reporting.
  • Ability to work across multiple functions and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent planning, prioritisation, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to connect integration activity to deal value, synergy delivery and customer impact.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to translate strategy into clear actions for functional teams.
  • Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools.
  • Relevant project or programme management qualification, such as PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, PMI or equivalent experience, would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and run the Integration Management for Group Mergers and Acquisition transactions, including governance, cadence, reporting and decision-making forums.
  • Build and maintain the master integration plan in coordination with the Group CFO, CEO, CFO, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and benefits.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across areas such as People, Finance, IT, legal, operations, Business Development/Sales, marketing and Health and Safety.
  • Drive Day 1, Day 30, Day 100 and longer-term integration planning, ensuring readiness across people, process, systems and communications.
  • Track integration delivery against strategic objectives, synergy targets, budgets and agreed success measures.
  • Identify, manage and elevate risks, issues and interdependencies, ensuring timely resolution by senior stakeholders.
  • Support due diligence and pre-close planning by identifying integration requirements, assumptions, constraints and resource needs.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, including dashboards, steering papers, decision logs and progress updates.
  • Partner with leaders to support change management, colleague communications, stakeholder engagement and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Capture lessons learned and continuously improve the M&A integration playbook, templates and PMO standards.
  • Support relationship nurturing for longer-term prospects where transaction readiness may develop over time.
  • Ensure all outreach activity is conducted in line with confidentiality (under NDA), data protection, compliance, and reputational standards.
  • Clear, credible and controlled integration planning across all active transactions.
  • Effective governance that enables fast, informed decision-making.
  • Transparent reporting on progress, risks, issues, dependencies, costs and benefits.
  • Strong alignment between deal rationale, integration priorities and operational execution.Smooth handover from integration activity into business-as-usual ownership.

PMO Integration Manager

The PMO Integration Manager will lead the programme (project/integration) management discipline for mergers, acquisitions and post-deal integration. The role ensures that integration activity is structured, governed and delivered effectively across functions, enabling the organisation to realise deal value, protect business continuity and support colleagues through change (both new and existing to the group).
