Job summary

PwC is seeking a skilled professional for the S&M&A Operations team in London. You will support IT strategy formulation and operating model design for complex M&A transactions, interfacing with corporate and PE clients, and contributing to pre/post deal work with technology risk and opportunity analyses.

The role involves travel and international engagement, with opportunities to influence synergies and integration planning across global deals. ACA/CA/ACCA or equivalent experience is essential.

Qualifications

• ACA/CA/ACCA qualification (or international equivalent) or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Undertake IT strategy formulation and IT operating model design review/formulation.
• Review and design of key business applications including ERP, CRM, MI, Middleware or industry specific front office systems.
• Create detailed IT cost financial models and IT budgets; perform scenario analysis.
• Prepare clear board papers and executive presentations.
