Job summary

KPMG Corporate Finance is seeking an experienced M&A professional to manage transactions from origination through completion in the Midlands. You will lead client engagements, supervise junior staff, and coordinate deal execution with senior bankers and partners.

Responsibilities include delivering marketing materials, managing budgets and billing, and developing new business opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Significant corporate finance experience in investment banks, property consultancies, Big 4 or mid‑tier/private equity firms.
• Experience across deal origination to completion, with emphasis on sell-side transactions.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage M&A projects and be the day-to-day contact for clients.
• Oversee all phases of the transaction cycle and deal execution.
• Lead the delivery of marketing materials, pitch books and client proposals.
• Direct and mentor junior analysts and support staff.
