Qualifications

• Proven experience in investment banking, private equity, M&A, or corporate development.
• Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time.
• CFA or CIIA qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify M&A targets generating $200M+ in revenue opportunities quarterly.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-acquisition due diligence with the Montreal team.
• Negotiate deal terms to achieve $15-20M in acquired revenues.
