• Strong experience in M&A and general corporate work
• Based within ~one hour of Basingstoke
• Qualified solicitor

Responsibilities

• Work on a range of M&A and general corporate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents.
• Advise clients throughout the transaction process.
• Undertake legal due diligence.
• Manage matters with increasing autonomy.
• Work closely with senior team on complex transactions.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Contribute to business development and networking activities.
