Job summary

SF Partners in South Birmingham is seeking a Finance Acquisition Integration Lead to own the integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring strong financial control and smooth transition into the Group.

You will work with senior leadership across Finance, HR, IT and operations, turning acquisition findings into actionable plans, managing multiple workstreams, and providing clear reporting on progress and risks.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or experienced part-qualified finance professional.
• Experience in financial control, management reporting, commercial finance, audit, or transaction support.
• Strong cash, working capital and month-end reporting understanding.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage several workstreams.
• Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance integration of acquired businesses from completion to transition.
• Develop clear integration plans with priorities and deadlines.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across Finance, HR, IT, operations and payroll.
• Maintain project plans, risk registers and progress reporting.
• Lead regular integration meetings and track actions.
• Identify risks and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
• Standardise reporting to Group finance and KPI reporting.
• Support payroll, payroll data and wider people processes integration.
