About the Role

Level: 3

Department: Mergers & Acquisitions

Location: London

Contract: Permanent

We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our M&A team in London. In this role, you will assist with financial analysis, proposal preparation, information processing, reporting, and managing transactions through the pipeline to completion.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting financial analysis and presentations for M&A opportunities.
  2. Analyzing investment portfolios.
  3. Producing monthly reports for governance and committees, maintaining presentation materials, and organizing documents.
  4. Managing M&A pipeline CRM and administration of acquisition opportunities.
  5. Preparing formal documentation for multiple stages of acquisitions.
  6. Attending meetings to document decisions and actions.
  7. Performing additional responsibilities as needed.
  8. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
