BCL Legal is assisting a UK international law firm seeking a Corporate Associate (M&A) in London for 1–3 PQE. The role offers £97,000–£105,000 with a standard bonus and a 60% office attendance policy.

You will handle private M&A, venture capital, private equity and equity capital markets transactions, with strong emphasis on drafting and negotiations. Candidates should show a strong academic background and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents for private M&A, plus venture capital and private equity transactions.
• Junior to mid-level corporate associate with 1–3 years PQE.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management.
