You will leverage deep valuation, financial analysis and deal execution skills to help execute transactions from due diligence through closing, while collaborating with senior bankers and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer M&A from an elite boutique, bulge bracket or strong upper mid-market bank.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, financial statement analysis and transaction execution.
• Experience working on live M&A transactions with exposure to deal process from start to close.
