Job summary

Leading investment bank in London is seeking an ambitious M&A Associate to join its growing team. You will work on mid-market and upper mid-market transactions, advising entrepreneurial businesses, corporates, private equity investors and other sponsors.

The role covers the full transaction lifecycle, including modelling, pitch materials, due diligence and coordination with clients and advisers. Applicants should have 2–4 years in M&A or related advisory and strong analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in M&A, investment banking or a closely related advisory environment.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Experience working on live M&A transactions.
