Job summary

Haleon plc in London offers a 12-month industrial placement in Mergers & Acquisitions, starting in June 2027. Second-year students will join an experienced team to gain practical knowledge in deal analysis.

You will support due diligence, develop financial models, analyse market intelligence, and prepare presentations for senior management, while contributing to deal databases and reporting, with access to Health and wellbeing programmes and a travel allowance in London.

Qualifications

• Second-year university students in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Integrated Masters or year-in-industry placement understood and suitable for the programme.
• Role is aligned with M&A, corporate development and financial due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Support the due diligence process for potential mergers, acquisitions, or investments.
• Analyse market intelligence information and deal metrics.
• Develop financial models and analyses for valuation purposes.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
• Maintain precedent transactions databases.
