Haleon plc in the United Kingdom invites applications for a 12-month industrial placement in Finance. You will analyse data, produce reports and insights, and support decision-making across local and global teams from day one. Open to all degree disciplines, with a tilt toward Accounting, Finance or Audit.

You must be in your 2nd year (England) or 3rd year (Scotland) and aiming to complete a year in industry. Start date June 2027.

Qualifications

• Open to all degree disciplines but suited for Accounting, Finance or Audit.
• Must be in 2nd year (England) or 3rd year (Scotland) and seeking a year in industry.
• Integrated Masters students may be eligible for the year in industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial and business data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Produce reports, dashboards and insights that support business decision‑making.
• Gain hands-on experience using Finance to understand how a global organisation operates.
• Support forecasting, reporting, performance analysis and business planning activities.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business, building relationships.
• Contribute to projects that improve processes, controls and business performance.
• Use digital and AI tools to generate insights and drive efficiency.
