Job summary

Haleon in London is offering a 12-month industrial placement in Mergers & Acquisitions aimed at second-year students seeking hands-on experience in due diligence, market intelligence and financial modelling.

You'll support the deal process, prepare presentations for senior management and maintain precedent transactions databases, while gaining practical knowledge in finance and business development within a global consumer health company.

Qualifications

• Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or another analytical field.
• If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree you must be in your 2nd year (England) or 3rd year (Scotland) or an Integrated Masters Degree and seek a year in industry in partnership with your university.

Responsibilities

• Support the due diligence process for potential mergers, acquisitions, or investments.
• Analysis of market intelligence information / deal metrics.
• Aid in the development of financial models and analysis for valuation purposes.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.
• Maintain precedent transactions databases.
