Job summary

MDM Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced Corporate Finance Associate Director in Manchester. This role focuses on originating and delivering M&A and private equity transactions within a leading corporate finance advisory team.

The successful candidate will take significant responsibility from origination through to completion, managing client relationships and providing senior guidance across transactions, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development.

We are working with a highly regarded corporate finance advisory firm looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director to its growing Manchester team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established corporate finance professional who wants to play a key role in originating and delivering transactions, while continuing to build their profile in the North West deals market.

The firm has an excellent reputation for advising entrepreneurial and privately owned businesses, management teams and investors on a broad range of M&A, private equity and strategic advisory transactions. It offers the quality of work and deal flow associated with a leading advisory house, combined with a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture.

The successful candidate will take significant responsibility for transactions from origination through to completion, including:

• Leading day-to-day execution of M&A and private equity transactions
• Managing client relationships and acting as a senior point of contact throughout the deal process
• Developing and reviewing financial analysis, valuations and transaction materials
• Managing and developing junior members of the team
• Building relationships with management teams, shareholders, private equity investors and the wider advisory community
• Contributing increasingly to business development and deal origination

We are looking for an experienced corporate finance professional, likely already operating at Associate Director level, with a demonstrable track record of successfully executing transactions.
