The opportunity

Join the fastest growing and most innovative deal analytics team in the UK. We are transforming traditional financial due diligence through data analytics and advanced technology tools. Our work involves assessing financial performance and projections of target companies during M&A transactions, identifying opportunities and risks, and communicating our findings effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Our core work is during the high-speed financial due diligence phase of an M&A process. We utilize data from diverse sources, including geolocation and social media, to uncover hidden trends and insights.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects, working with experienced professionals in financial due diligence.
  • Develop understanding of financial due diligence and sector-specific technical training.
  • Manage client engagements, understanding key business drivers, overseeing approaches, and delivering insights and advice.
  • Coordinate project teams, build internal and external networks, and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Contribute to business initiatives, including key accounts, recruitment, and client service frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications
  • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Experience with analytics languages (Python, SQL, R).
  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced transaction environment.
  • Effective time management and relationship-building skills.
