Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Bank Lymphoedema Therapist to cover ad hoc shifts at Cromwell Hospital, London. You will deliver lymphoedema care including MLD/SLD, compression, skincare and exercise, working autonomously as part of a patient-centred service.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensure informed consent, maintain records, and manage clinical risk. This role supports professional growth within Bupa and includes hospital benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified therapist with HCPC/RCN accreditation and UK lymphoedema qualification.
• Proven experience in lymphoedema management including compression garments.
• Experience treating primary and secondary lymphoedema.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for lymphoedema management of referred patients and provide an individualised treatment plan.
• Obtain informed consent and educate patients to support ongoing management.
• Liaise with multi-disciplinary team to support patient care.
• Ensure long-term care by coordinating with external services and other clinicians.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and document if a patient could not be seen.
• Manage clinical risk within your caseload and communicate risks as needed.
• Support ongoing development of the lymphoedema service provision.
