Provide Community in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic Lymphoedema Nurse or Physiotherapist to join our specialist community service. The role welcomes Band 6 nurses or physiotherapists and motivated Band 5 nurses who want to develop in this area.

• Assess, treat and review lymphoedema patients in the community.
• Develop personalised care plans and support self-management.
• Work autonomously with MDT to deliver holistic care.
• Provide advice and education to healthcare professionals on lymphoedema.
• Manage a clinical caseload across home visits and clinics.
