ersg are partnering with a leading EPC Contractor in the Renewable Energy sector to hire a Power Systems Specialist focused on Design. The role involves designing LV and HV systems for Solar projects in the UK, producing SLDs, and coordinating grid connection processes with DNOs to meet G99/G100 standards.

You will specify transformers and switchgear, supporting the project lifecycle from procurement to commissioning.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or suitable field.
• Proven experience in LV & HV system design for utility-scale solar projects in the UK.
• Experience managing grid connection processes and grid studies.

Mansioni

• Design LV and HV systems for Solar projects and develop SLDs from concept to final design.
• Manage grid connection applications and liaise with DNOs to ensure G99/G100 compliance.
• Specify related plant (transformers, switchgear) and support procurement to commissioning.
