Equans is seeking a LV Jointer to join our cable connection team to support a long-term street lighting maintenance contract covering Kent. The role is based from our Sittingbourne office and requires solid experience on electrical infrastructure projects, particularly high voltage systems.

You will carry out site risk assessments, set up sites according to NRSWA standards, and work safely in live environments while liaising with DNO control centres and reporting hazards.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in electrical infrastructure projects, focusing on high voltage work.
• Must perform site risk assessments and comply with HSQE policies.
• Maintain safe working practices in live environments and on site.

Responsabilités

• Carry out site risk assessments prior to activities (tablet).
• Set up site per NRSWA street works code.
• Install ducting and cable to DNO specifications.
• Work in live environments following safety rules.
