Job summary

Future Publishing Limited is seeking a Senior Client Success Director to lead high-profile campaigns for Luxury and Women’s Lifestyle clients. You will manage a dedicated team, optimise delivery, and work with Sales, Editorial and Production to shape strategy and outcomes.

The role is hybrid, based in London, with a focus on exceptional client experience, efficient workflows, and ongoing growth of Future Creative.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years as a senior project manager in a creative industry.
• At least 2-3 years management experience.
• Experience with Luxury & Womens lifestyle.
• Experience of print/digital advertising and online content.
• Knowledge of social media targeting and publishing.
• Ability to manage a complex and high-volume workload.
• Confidence to manage cross-department issues and align PM aims.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile, multi-channel campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets and performance; optimise results.
• Support pitches and RFPs with compelling advertising solutions.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and development for Client Success and PM teams.
• Shape campaign strategy with Sales, Editorial and Production teams.
