Job summary
Mappin & Webb is seeking an Aftersales Consultant to grow their career in luxury retail. You will build close relationships with clients, understand their needs, and represent the brand with confidence and knowledge.
As part of the Aftersales Department, you’ll take in repairs, order parts, explain warranties and work with workshops to deliver timely service. A keen eye for detail and a customer-first mindset are essential.

- Take in repairs and order required parts for clients.
- Assist clients in understanding service warranties.
- Coordinate with internal and external workshops to complete aftersales orders on time.
- Ensure service levels meet expected standards of quality and professionalism.
