Job summary

Mappin & Webb, part of The Watches of Switzerland Group, is seeking an Aftersales Consultant to join our ongoing commitment to exceptional client experience in luxury retail. You will manage repairs, source parts, and guide clients through service warranties, working with internal and external workshops to ensure timely completion.

A keen eye for detail, strong communication, and a passion for fine watches will help you thrive in a collaborative team that values flawless service and client

Qualifications

Experience in luxury retail or aftersales is a plus.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
Flexible team player.

Responsibilities

Take in repairs and manage the intake process.
Order the required parts to complete service requests.
Assist clients in understanding service warranties and protections.
Collaborate with internal and external workshops to ensure timely completion of afersales orders to the expected levels of service.
