You will guide clients through the sales journey, provide product training, manage inquiries, uphold high store standards, and contribute to hitting sales targets with a collaborative, high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in watches or luxury goods sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Available to work Saturdays and Sundays as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ‘unreasonable hospitality’.
• Confidently lead clients through the sales journey as a trusted guide.
• Product training, research, client outreach, follow up emails and calls.
• Create and maintain a positive and inclusive client experience.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales and profit targets.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
• Implement and uphold Nomadic’s high standards for quality and service.
