Luxury Escapes is seeking Travel Sales Consultants to join our Customer Experience team in the UK. You will manage a high volume of inbound calls, selling travel packages and shaping the customer journey to create memorable holidays.

You’ll thrive on KPIs, enjoy a competitive environment, and engage with customers to deliver excellent service, with opportunities to travel and experience the trips we sell. Flexible hours and weekends are involved.

Formación

• Personable, approachable and professional; loves helping customers to find the perfect luxury holiday.
• Background in phone-based sales; travel experience valued.
• Thrives on KPIs and in a competitive environment.
• Shifts run 7am–10pm, 7 days a week; weekends/evenings required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; detail-oriented; passionate about customer sales.
• Driven to succeed and enjoy challenges; goal-oriented.
• German language skills would be beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and make sales inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Answer multiple customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide general information on services, packages, and pricing.
• Propose workable solutions meeting business and customer needs.
• Offer full package upgrade options; upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure timely follow-up and ownership of sales inquiries.
• Display initiative in customer solutions and team engagement.
• Resolve complaints or escalate to the correct department.
