Global Travel Collection, part of Internova Travel Group, seeks a Product & Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end travel product planning and supplier relations. You will coordinate contracting, pricing, and operational delivery across teams to ensure premium experiences for clients.

The role demands strategic focus, attention to detail, and strong relationship skills to drive growth and uphold service quality.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in travel industry, preferably with a tour operator.
• Ability to support contracting and to source new products for yearly programmes.
• Experience with worldwide contracts and supplier agreements.
• Knowledge of at least two CRM systems (Sabre preferred) and Dolphin Reservations Module.
• Understanding of GDPR platforms and data protection requirements.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of travel products and services.
• Source, develop, and maintain travel products for yearly programmes.
• Support contracting with global suppliers and renegotiations.
• Manage worldwide contracts and build supplier relationships.
• Oversee booking processes and ensure smooth operations.
• Utilise multiple platforms for accurate customer and booking data.
• Monitor pricing and provide cross-functional reports.
• Coordinate crisis responses and regulatory compliance.
