Internova Travel Group, part of Global Travel Collection (GTC), seeks a Product & Operations Manager to lead travel product development, sourcing, and supplier management. You will oversee contracting, pricing, and operational delivery across multiple platforms while ensuring GDPR compliance and exceptional customer experiences.

This role collaborates with sales, marketing and service teams to optimise programmes, drive growth, and maintain high service quality.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in travel industry or tour operations.
• Experience supporting contracting and sourcing with global suppliers.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, numeracy and literacy skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee product development, sourcing and annual programmes for Colletts' travel range.
• Support contracting with global suppliers and renegotiations.
• Manage worldwide contracts and supplier relationships; ensure competitive pricing and high service levels.
• Oversee booking processes using Dolphin Reservations Module and related systems.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and proper data handling across platforms.
• Price travel packages and monitor market trends for competitiveness.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and service teams to deliver quality travel experiences.
• Maintain service quality with rigorous QA practices and feedback loops.
• Act as first point of contact during travel-related emergencies and coordinate rapid responses.
