Dweet is seeking an experienced Store Manager for its central London boutique, responsible for leading a luxury retail team and delivering an outstanding in-store experience. You will drive sales, manage stock and maintain visual standards while building strong client relationships.

The role requires a commercial mindset, excellent clienteling skills and a passion for modern luxury. You will report to senior leadership and play a key part in growing the brand in a fast-paced market.

• Lead, motivate and develop the store team.
• Drive sales and deliver against commercial targets and KPIs.
• Create a highly personalised and memorable client experience.
• Build long-term client relationships through CRM and clienteling.
• Oversee daily store operations, stock management and visual standards.
• Coach the team on product knowledge, service and selling techniques.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and customer retention.
• Support in-store events, launches and VIP experiences.
• Work closely with the wider business to ensure brand consistency.
