Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile development projects across its Knightsbridge estate, collaborating with luxury brand partners, consultants and contractors to realise exceptional spaces.

You will own projects from concept through to completion, ensuring programme, budget and quality objectives are met while maintaining safety and governance standards in a Grade II listed environment.

Qualifications

• Luxury retail / high-end hospitality project experience.
• Delivery of construction, refurbishment, fit-out or development projects.
• Strong programme management, budgeting, commercial awareness and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage successful delivery of construction, refurbishment and retail development projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and oversee project programmes, budgets, reporting and risk management.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, luxury brand partners, consultants and contractors to drive project success.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and in line with all statutory, compliance and governance requirements.
• Monitor project performance and identify opportunities to improve delivery outcomes.
