Job summary

The WestDill Mayfair Colbert Collection in London invites applications for a Steward (f/m/d) to support Culinary and Food & Beverage teams. You will help maintain top cleanliness, organization and hygiene in a luxury setting, contributing to exceptional dining experiences from day one.

Join a pioneering opening team in Mayfair, shaping culture, service standards and guest experiences. Fluency in English is preferred and prior stewarding experience is a plus, with a strong emphasis on reliability

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Stewarding or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, operating equipment, and work areas to the highest standards.
• Support the smooth operation of the kitchen and Food & Beverage outlets by ensuring equipment is available and properly maintained.
• Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures consistently.
• Assist with waste management, storage areas, and the organization of stewarding facilities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to support daily operations.
