Job summary

Kaleidoscope Hotels in the UK is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Executive who can step into our world, pick up a camera, and bring our multi-brand story to life across four luxury properties and our brand pop-ups.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will own the social narrative, shoot daily short-form video and photography, manage shoots and influencers, and analyze performance to drive engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in social media and content creation within luxury lifestyle, boutique hospitality, or premium consumer brands.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in mobile/camera photography, short-form video shooting, and video editing.

Responsibilities

• Bring Strategy to Life: translate marketing strategy into thumb-stopping social content, plans, and narratives.
• Capture Content On-Site: shoot and edit daily short-form video and high-quality photography across all hotels and pop-ups.
• Manage Shoots & Influencers: develop shot lists and manage relationships with luxury lifestyle influencers.
• Flex Your Creative Tone: adapt between modern luxury vibes and heritage lifestyle.
• Analyse & Optimise: track analytics and present monthly reports on engagement, reach and growth.
