Luxury Sales Consultant
£25,000 + uncapped commission and bonus (£40K OTE)

We have an opportunity at our prestigious Harrogate Gallery to join as a Luxury Sales Consultant. We're seeking a proactive, sales-driven individual passionate about delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. Your role will involve supporting our loyal client base and proactively building new relationships by selling exceptional art from artists like Billy Connolly, Bob Dylan, Ronnie Wood, and Johnny Depp. The gallery hosts new releases, events, and exhibitions throughout the year to help strengthen these relationships. If you’re eager to be well rewarded and build lasting client relationships, you might be the person we’re looking for.

Who We’re Looking For

• You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• You are highly motivated to meet gallery sales goals.
• You are confident in your ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
• You are confident, well-presented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
• You have previous 1-2-1 sales experience and can adapt to different client needs.
• You are comfortable supporting our current client base and proactively building new relationships both in person and by phone.
• Personality is key; we seek enthusiastic, engaging individuals who enjoy interacting with clients.
• No prior knowledge of the art world is required, as we provide full training.
• Having a driving license is desirable for potential home consultations.
• This role involves moderate physical duties; you should be able to handle these tasks daily.
