Zachary Daniels, a luxury fashion recruitment partner, is seeking a Luxury Sales Consultant for its London boutique. The role focuses on delivering personalised service to local and international clients within luxury womenswear RTW, cultivating long-term relationships and achieving elite sales targets.

You will leverage strong styling skills, discretion, and an attentive clienteling approach to grow your international client base and participate in VIP events and trunk shows.

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a globally recognised luxury fashion house to recruit a Luxury Sales Consultant for its London boutique.

Renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship and distinctive womenswear collections, this is an exciting opportunity to join a brand with a strong international following and a highly discerning clientele.We are looking for someone who combines a strong commercial approach with a genuine passion for personal styling and client relationships.

You will have experience within luxury womenswear ready-to-wear and enjoy building a client portfolio through appointments, thoughtful follow-up and outstanding service.

The Role

As a Luxury Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering a personalised shopping experience for local and international clients.
• Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Building and developing your client portfolio through proactive clienteling and CRM activity.
• Providing confident styling advice, with an understanding of fit, silhouette and occasion dressing.
• Managing private appointments and supporting VIP events, trunk shows and client activations.
• Developing lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintaining exceptional boutique presentation and service standards.
• Supporting international client appointments and events, with a strong possibility of travel.

About You

• Experience as a Sales Consultant, Client Advisor or Style Advisor within luxury womenswear RTW.
• A proven track record of delivering sales and developing client relationships.
• Confident working with HNW, UHNW and international clients.
• Strong styling skills and a genuine interest in fashion, craftsmanship and product.
• A proactive approach to client outreach and building your business.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and discretion.
• Eveningwear or couture experience would be highly desirable.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for potential international travel.
