Job summary

Longchamp is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate for Manchester Selfridges Trafford to deliver luxury service and drive clienteling goals. You will welcome clients, provide tailored recommendations, and support daily boutique operations, including stock and checkout processes.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in luxury or premium retail, excellent communication, and a passion for fashion. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ retail experience, preferably luxury or premium.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• POS system knowledge and basic MS Office familiarity.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Passion for fashion, customer service, and luxury brands.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and advising customers with a personalised service approach.
• Contributing to sales and clienteling in line with store objectives.
• Building long-term relationships with clients through follow-up and excellent service.
• Managing returns and exchanges in accordance with internal policies.
