Job summary

Outside The Box Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Retail Trainer for a luxury watches and jewellery brand. The role is field based with a Head Office contract and a 1-day hybrid when business allows, reporting into the HR Director and collaborating with Store Leaders.

You will design monthly and quarterly training plans, identify store needs, deliver onboarding and product training, track ROI, and facilitate brand training through local and external programmes with the People Team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Retail Trainer or Store Manager who writes training materials.
• Experience in luxury watches/jewellery or luxury fashion is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Able to design monthly/quarterly training plans.

Responsibilities

• Report to the HR Director and support the HR team while liaising with Store Leaders.
• Create monthly and quarterly training plans for all company departments.
• Liaise with Store Management to identify and deliver store-specific training needs.
• Field based (with a Head Office contract) and 1 day hybrid when business allows.
• Work with the People Team to identify and facilitate additional training opportunities.
• Organise external retail training programmes.
• Track attendance and follow up on training sessions.
• Review the ROI of training initiatives.
• Support enrolment and completion of brand training, including app-based learning.
• Review and update training materials and resources.
• Influence, develop, and implement new local training initiatives.
