Job summary
Swarovski in Swindon is seeking a Store Manager for a six-month secondment to lead a high-performing luxury retail team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive commercial success in every store interaction.
You will recruit, onboard and coach talent, set and monitor individual and team targets, oversee inventory, cash handling, loss prevention and compliance, and ensure adherence to Swarovski policies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in multicultural luxury retail environments.
- Strong leadership, coaching and team development.
- Digital proficiency and strong operational know-how.
- Customer-focused, empathetic and commercially minded.

- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service
- Build strong customer relationships and promote loyalty programs
- Recruit, onboard, and coach talent, securing succession plans
- Set and manage individual and team targets, proactively assessing performance
- Oversee store operations: inventory, cash handling, loss prevention, and compliance
- Ensure implementation of all Swarovski policies, procedures, and standards
