• People Management – holding regular 121s, coaching and developing a winning environment.
• Sales Floor Management – ensuring processes are followed and the client needs are being exceeded.
• Sales Excellence – drive sales targets with consultative selling, coaching, and upsell/cross-sell.
• Building Long Lasting Client Relationships – taking client care to the next level, going the extra mile.
