Job summary

Burberry is seeking a Designer, Architecture to shape our global retail environments from concept to completion. You will work in the Architecture Design Studio, collaborating across regions to produce luxury store concepts, facades, layouts and immersive spaces.

The role requires strong creativity, detailed design capability, and the ability to communicate concepts to senior leadership. You will mentor junior designers and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury retail design or similar.
• Technical capability to influence and negotiate with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead flagship and high-complexity retail design projects with concept creation and spatial strategy.
• Develop and present highly creative design ideas using sketches, renders, and 3D models.
• Produce detailed design packs including facades, layouts, elevations, and technical drawings.
• Manage external studios and consultants to ensure design integrity and construction deliverables.
• Research trends and translate insights into elevated retail experiences that align with brand standards.
