Job summary

Four Seasons Recruitment are looking for an experienced Back of House Manager to join a prestigious luxury fashion brand for an exciting three-month pop-up in Bicester. You will oversee stock, deliveries and inventory in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring high standards and seamless operation across back and front of house.

The role requires managing stock movements, ensuring accurate reception and storage, and supporting the store team during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Back of House/Stock/Operations Management experience in luxury/premium fashion retail.
• Strong stock management and retail operations understanding.
• Confident with deliveries, stock movements and inventory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced pop-up environment.
• Professional, reliable and well-presented.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak periods.
• Available for the full three-month assignment.
• Based in Bicester or able to travel to Bicester.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the back of house operation.
• Manage incoming deliveries, stock movements and replenishment.
• Ensure stock is accurately received, organised and stored.
• Maintain a clean, efficient and well-organised stockroom.
• Coordinate stock transfers and movement between the back and front of house.
• Support the sales team with timely stock replenishment.
• Work closely with the Store Manager and wider team to support the smooth running of the pop-up.
• Maintain the high standards expected of a luxury fashion brand.
