Job summary

AMI PARIS is seeking a Client Advisor to welcome customers, understand their needs, and propose a curated selection of luxury products. You will contribute to stock management, fittings, and Visual Merchandising, delivering a premium shopping experience in line with AMI values.

The role runs from December to January for 32 hours per week on a fixed-term contract. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury sales and/or designer clothing.
• Curious and willing to dedicate yourself to a new project.
• Smiling, dynamic, involved with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of fashion and luxury market trends; English essential; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers according to AMI values and offers a unique shopping experience.
• Assists customers during fittings and coordinates alterations when needed.
• Manages stock and processes receptions, transfers, and rotations.
• Participates in Visual Merchandising and keeps the store clean and well presented.
• Builds long-term relationships with clients and introduces new customers to the brand.
