Crew Clothing Deal is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store leadership in Deal. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, and focuses on delivering strong sales, mentoring staff and maintaining high visual standards to create a memorable shopping experience.

You will assist in achieving targets, training the team, and ensuring excellent customer service while upholding the Crew brand and store procedures in a coastal UK setting.
