Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a passionate Restaurant and Bar Manager for Chilston Park Hotel in Maidstone. You will lead the full Restaurant and Bar operation, ensure staff are trained and motivated, and maintain high service standards across all outlets.

You will contribute to menu development, manage rotas, stock control, supplier relationships and weigh in on pricing, with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
• Knowledge of food and wine is highly desirable.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and able to lead a hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full Restaurant & Bar operation, ensuring the team is resourced, trained and multi-skilled to deliver high service standards.
• Contribute to menu development and pricing, and support new F&B concepts while acting on guest feedback.
• Oversee stock control, ordering, records and supplier relationships; manage rotas and leadership presence across outlets.
