Job summary

Dylan Coastal Resort is seeking a Laundry & Accommodation Assistant to join the busy housekeeping team at our luxury lodges resort in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on the laundry operation, ensuring clean linen, guest supplies and arrival items are ready for the accommodation team.

The position suits someone who is organised, reliable, hardworking and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment. There is emphasis on efficient laundry management during peak changeover days.

Qualifications

• Requires full, valid driving licence (not essential)
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Organised with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a busy, physical environment.

Responsibilities

• Working primarily within the laundry, sorting, organising and preparing linen for lodges.
• Organising and managing laundry efficiently during busy changeover days.
• Folding, sorting and storing clean linen, keeping storage tidy.
• Preparing guest welcome bags and arrival packs for check-in days.
• Delivering linen, inventory and guest supplies to the accommodation.
• Assisting with accommodation cleaning during busy periods.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy laundry and storage area.
• Ensuring the team has what it needs to prepare lodges for arrivals.
