Job summary

Dylan Coastal Resort is seeking a Laundry & Accommodation Assistant to join our busy housekeeping team. The role focuses on the laundry and linen preparation for lodge changeovers, ensuring clean linen and guest supplies are ready for check-in.

You will work on Monday, Friday and Saturday shifts, with a strong emphasis on reliability, organisation and teamwork within a luxury resort setting. A full driving licence is helpful but not essential, and the position offers on-site support and staff

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Able to work in a busy, physical environment and handle changeovers.
• A good team player who supports the wider housekeeping team.

Responsibilities

• Sort and prepare linen in the laundry for lodge changeovers.
• Organise and manage laundry during busy changeover days.
• Fold and store clean linen, keep storage tidy and well organised.
• Prepare guest welcome bags and arrival packs for check-in days.
• Deliver linen, inventory and guest supplies to the accommodation.
• Assist with accommodation cleaning when required during busy periods.
• Maintain a clean, tidy laundry and storage area.
• Work efficiently to support the housekeeping team.
